We live in pieces. One part of us wants change. Another fears it. One part dreams big. Another sabotages. It’s not that we’re broken, it’s that we’re out of alignment.
The Three Brains
Ancient wisdom and modern science agree: we don’t just think with our head.
We have three intelligent centers:
Mind (Brain): logic, planning, knowledge.
Heart: emotions, empathy, intuition.
Gut: instinct, courage, action.
When these three are disconnected, life feels scattered. Decisions are hard. We doubt ourselves. We betray our own needs. But when they align, we become centered. Clear. Brave. Kind. Focused.
Signs of Misalignment
Overthinking, but unable to act
Acting, but out of fear or impulse
Feeling, but unable to express or trust it
Saying "yes" while your gut screams "no"
Sound familiar?
This is the result of conditioning, trauma, and disconnection from our true rhythm. But we can return to ourselves.
Rewriting the Compass
To align, we must reconnect each part with presence and practice:
✨ Mind ~ Cleanse & Rewire:
Journal your thoughts
Meditate
Question your beliefs: are they yours or inherited?
❤️ Heart ~ Open & Express:
Practice radical honesty (with self and others)
Let emotions be seen and felt
Spend time in genuine connection
🔥 Gut ~ Trust & Act:
Strengthen your body: movement, grounding, food
Say no when it’s a no, yes when it’s a yes
Do something brave every day
