There is a growing network of people connecting around spaces, collaboration, and shared activity. Conversations are happening, initiatives are emerging, and early forms of cooperation are taking place.
A first version of the digital tool is also in use, helping people discover what is unfolding and stay connected.
These elements are real and continue to evolve through use.

The cooperative is being shaped, as well as ways of supporting collaboration more consistently over time.
Questions around how people organize, take responsibility, and collaborate across spaces are being explored in practice.

It develops step by step, through participation and dialogue.
What Remains Open
Some aspects are still unclear, and intentionally so.
This includes how value exchange will evolve, how legal and financial structures will take form, and how coordination and decision-making will develop over time.
We do not see this as a gap, but as space for learning and co-creation.
