Not everything is decided and that is intentional

What has shifted

Since making the Founding Circle visible, things have become more concrete.

Some founder conversations are now actively unfolding, and roles that were recently defined are being explored in practice.

The cooperative is gradually taking shape, even if it does not yet exist in a formal way. What was still conceptual a few weeks ago is now being tested in real situations.

What is still in motion

At the same time, not everything is fixed and that is part of the phase we are in.

We are building in layers. Certain responsibilities are settling, while others are still being clarified through dialogue. Funding is not yet open, and some structural elements remain intentionally undecided. This does not reflect hesitation, but care.

Clarity is being allowed to grow through alignment rather than being imposed too quickly.

What is already real

What matters most right now is that the work is tangible.

People are meeting. Commitments are being explored. Some forms of carrying are becoming steady, while others are still finding their shape. That mix is healthy. It creates room for trust and coherence to develop before anything becomes rigid.

There are elements of cOMmon that are stable. There are parts that are actively forming. And there are questions we are choosing to keep open until they can be held well.

A clearer overview

For those who would like a simple and transparent view of where things currently stand, we have written this out more calmly here:

[Where we stand - April update]

It is not a declaration of completion. It is a snapshot of a process that is alive and evolving.

There is nothing you need to decide right now. You can stay close, step in gradually, or simply observe as the contours become clearer.

What’s next?

As things take shape, another layer of questioning begins to surface.

Not only how we organise our work, but why certain ways of working no longer feel sufficient.

Before structures evolve, something shifts in how we relate to what we call work.

We will move closer to that next.
